As the guest speaker at the 47^th Precinct Community Council meeting, Senator Jeff Klein (D-Bronx/Westchester) will present a $5,000 grant and discuss a new law that provides instant e-mail notification when a sex offender moves into that zip code. The grant money will be used for programming and operating aid.
