Klein Joins 52^nd Precinct Community Council in Honoring Police Officers and Distinguished Community Members

Today,  State Senate Deputy Majority Leader Jeff Klein (D-Bronx/Westchester) presented certificates and spoke at the 52^nd Precinct Community Council’s 6^th Annual Fellowship Breakfast.

The event honored police officers and community members for their exemplary service and dedication to the community. Klein presented ten honorees with certificates of merit and appreciation and spoke about the importance of  implementing strict laws that better protect police officers.

Klein also discussed his new sex offender instant e-mail notification system that Governor Paterson recently signed into law.
