Bronx Boss Says She Didn’t Grope Workers
They call her the Lipstick Bandit - but she says she’s being smeared.
Serena Reaves-Cain, a city welfare supervisor who is about to be fired after charges of groping and kissing underlings, insists she’s the victim of lies dreamed up by female staffers who hated her for being a tough boss.
“I’m not gay or anything,” Reaves-Cain told the Daily News.
She earned her nickname from staffers who claimed she left telltale makeup marks when she sneaked up and planted unwanted kisses on their necks and cheeks, spanked them and grabbed their breasts.
