IMS Properties Purchases 24 Units on Boynton Ave. IMS Properties LLC acquired 1153 Boynton Ave. in the Bronx, NY, from Harriet & Eli Cooper Foundation Inc. for $1.25 million, or approximately $52,000 per unit.

The four-story, 18,720-square-foot multifamily property was built in 1926 and has 24 units. It sold at a cap rate of 6.8 percent, according to CoStar information.

The Marcus & Millichap team of Matt Barbaccia and Peter Von Der Ahe represented both parties in the transaction. Read more..

2 Men Charged For Bronx Slaying

Two Bronx men were charged with murder and gang assault Monday in the brutal stabbing of a 16-year-old, cops said.

Rudolph Keitt, 19, of Boynton Ave., and Trenton Johnson, 16, of Park Ave., slashed German Delgado, 16, multiple times in East Tremont about 9:53 p.m. on Sunday, cops said.
