Buyer Completes Assemblage for Planned Residential/Retail Development

Westrock Development LLC acquired the vacant retail building at 920 Westchester Ave. in the Bronx, NY, from Sarofe Inc. for $1.15 million, or $219 per square foot.

The single-story, 5,250-square-foot building was built in 1926. The purchase completes an assemblage for the buyer, which is planning a new residential/retail development that was reported to begin within a year.
