Private Investor Buys Four-Unit Property on Webster Ave.
Yosef Offeck of Hope Horizon Realty LLC purchased the retail building at 1349-1351 Webster Ave. in the Bronx for $2.1 million, or about $340 per square foot. The seller was Renaissance Realty Group LLC.
Built in 1931, the single-story building totals 6,160 square feet in four retail units. Tenants include Domino’s Pizza and a beauty salon. According to public records, the building has been through extensive renovations, including a roof replacement, within the past three years.
Erick Yankelovich and Henry Levy of GFI Realty Services were the sole brokers in this transaction.
