Michael Golio of Ossining recently was named vice president and branch manager at the New Rochelle branch of Hudson Valley Bank. Golio previously was manager of the Croton-on-Hudson branch of Chase Bank. He began his career with the Bank of New York in 1989 as a shareholder liaison in the corporate trust department in New York City.
Appointments
Kathy Zamechansky of the Bronx recently was named to the business development board of New York National Bank in the Bronx. Zamechansky is executive vice president of NAI Friedland Realty in Yonkers. She is also the founding president of the Bronx Overall Economic Development Corp. and former executive director of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce.
Arnold Marden of Yorktown Heights recently was named a member of the business development board at Hudson Valley Bank in Yonkers. Marden is a certified public accountant and co-managing partner at Marden, Harrison & Kreuter, a division of J.H. Cohn, in White Plains. Read more..

New York National Bank Elects Bronx Real Estate Heavy Weight To Board
NEW YORK, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ — William E. Griffin, Chairman of the Board, has announced that Barry H. Levites, CPM, President and Chief Operating Officer of Levites Realty Management LLC, an accredited Management Organization (AMO) of which there only 521 such firms in the world, and Levites Realty Co., LLC, a licensed Real estate brokerage firm, has been elected a Director of New York National Bank.
A Certified Property Manager (CPM), Mr. Levites owns and manages commercial and residential properties throughout the East Coast and owns investment properties throughout the United States. In addition, he is a partner in Baron Associates, a real estate investment company that specializes in reviving depressed rental properties in the Metropolitan area and investing in shopping, strip centers and nationally recognized single tenant triple net leased deals throughout the US.
A native of the Bronx, Mr. Levites has been active in professional and community organizations, since 1962 when he founded his companies. He is a former member of the Executive Committee of the New York City Certified Property Managers of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a three- term President of the Bronx Board of Realtors, a member of the NYS Rent Guidelines Board (Rockland County), and an instructor and lecturer at Lehman College, NYU School of Real Estate, Fordham University and many community groups.
