Retail, Medical Office Buildings Acquired by Siemens Management
Siemens Management Inc. acquired three office and retail properties on E. Tremont Ave. in the Bronx, NY,
from LFL Realty LLC for $3 million, or about $185 per square foot.
The following properties were included in the transaction:
3612-3614 E. Tremont, a single-story general building. It was constructed in 1985 and totals 4,488
square feet.
3618-3620 E. Tremont, a two-story office medical building. It was constructed in 1987 and totals 6,487
square feet.
3626-3628 E. Tremont, also a two-story office medical building. It was constructed in 1984 and totals
5,265 square feet.
The portfolio was about 50 percent occupied at the time of sale. Extreme Realty LLC handled the sale for
