 Burger King is unveiling its Whopper Bar, where customers can have a beer to go along with their fries.

  Burger King is going to be selling brewskis - and that’s no whopper.

Hoping to tap a whole new customer base, the fast food chain has unveiled plans to peddle beer alongside their famous burgers at something they are calling a Whopper Bar.

The first one is opening in Miami Beach and will target thirsty tourists hitting South Beach, Burger King confirmed.

The chain is also reportedly looking to open more Whopper Bars in other tourist meccas like Times Square, as well as Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Don’t look for exotic brews - BK is starting out with domestic brands like Miller at Budweiser and will consider other beers down the road.

“You can have America’s favorite beers with America’s favorite burger,” said Chuck Fallon, the chain’s North America honcho.

Served in specially designed aluminum bottles, a BK beer will sell for $4.25 alone. And a Whopper combo with a beer will run $7.99, which is about $2 more than the same meal with a soda.

Burger King’s beer n’ burgers idea got mixed reviews from New Yorkers.

Hundreds of job seekers jammed the Bronx County Building Thursday vying for one of 700 jobs at a Target set to open at the new Gateway Mall near Yankee Stadium.

The borough job fair is the latest in an ongoing recruitment effort for several stores opening at the mall. A second job fair will be held from 9 to 12 noon today.

The long line of job seekers circled the massive county complex and people started lining up two hours before the 9 a.m. opening.

Once on line, some waited up to three hours for a brief interview with Target reps looking for cashier, sales clerks, and food service and pharmacy workers.

Shalimar Cintron, 27, of the Bronx, was laid off from her job as a medical receptionist four months ago. She’s been looking for full-time work ever since.

“I’ve had a lot of interviews but nothing yet,” she said, “so I figured this was worth a try.”

Michael Ventura, 22, of the Bronx, was trying to keep an open mind.

“I want to see what opportunities they have,” Ventura said. “A lot of us don’t have jobs now a days so I’m hoping for the best.”

Applicants can expect to hear from Target within two weeks.
